Planning approval was achieved for 200 homes along with employment space, including a range of dwelling types from starter homes to family homes. Individual buildings will be clad in different, but complimentary brick, reflecting the brick industrial buildings that occupied the site. Terraces and setbacks are carved out, providing each home with private amenity space. The architectural form and inclusion of coloured planes reflect the unique history and context of the site where artist materials were manufactured.
