This loft apartment was created from a warehouse which was previously a furniture factory. A new mezzanine level was inserted in the roof space. Steel windows, loading doors and a galvanized steel staircase evoke the former commercial use. The high quality kitchen and timber flooring give warmth and colour to the space.
